Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with 6 and 4 Creative. This policy explains how we ship your order, what it costs, and what to expect after you buy.

Order Processing

Except as otherwise stated on our website, orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding holidays).

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. We currently do not offer made-to-order items.

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships, if the shipping method supports it.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and begin once your order ships. They may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control.

Shipping costs

USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order.

Free Economy shipping is available on orders of $50 or more. Economy shipping has an estimated transit time of 5–8 business days after processing. Including our 1–2-business-day processing time, estimated Economy delivery is 6–10 business days.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with a tracking number and link, if applicable. Please note tracking information may take time to update after you receive it.

We currently ship to United States.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct it.

Lost, damaged, or delayed packages

If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed, contact us and we will help you work with the carrier.

Order Changes & Cancellations

You can request cancellation or removal of items from your order within 1 hour (60 minutes) after the order is placed. Contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. Once an order is in transit, we are unable to modify it. Refunds for cancelled or delayed orders will be processed promptly to the original payment method where possible.
